Highlights of the 2020 Project124 Maun Business & Entrepreneurship Events (seminar, training and challenges) that were hosted by the Project124 Africa Team in Maun Lodge. Officiating was the Honorable Minister of Youth Empowerment, Sports & Culture, Honourable Tumiso Rakgare. We had a full house, a good time, and an impactful day for the entrepreneurs of Maun.
Project124, a division of Launchit International, is a program designed to revolutionize youth entrepreneurship and facilitate effective creation of sustainable jobs for young people around Africa. The programme aims to assist aspiring entrepreneurs to innovate sustainable and globally competitive business ventures, by giving its participants the opportunity to enroll with business ideas and graduate with an established company. The 2020 Project 124 was officially opened on the 29th August by the Honourable Minister of Investment Trade & Industry, Honourable Peggy Serame, and is currently taking place all over Botswana, Namibia, South Africa, Zambia and Eswatini.
